- Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable for various reasons such as been refused, unclaimed or the address is incorrect. If this happens, we can resend the package. However, if you no longer require the package a full refund of the value of the items contained will be issued. No shipping charges will be refunded.
- Missed Delivery
If there has been an attempt for your parcel to be delivered when you are not there to receive it a card may be left asking you to arrange redelivery or collect it from your local post office. Orders can be delivered to your work address if you are unable to be at home to receive it.

Delivery times can vary depending on country and may be subject to delays arising from customs clearance or your local carrier.
Customers outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once an order reaches your country.
Agan UK delivers most items internationally. In the rare instance that a parcel becomes lost in transit, we will aim to issue a full refund or replacement within 28 working days from the dispatched date.
- 5. Brexit / Custom Fares
Customers outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are collected once the order reaches the destination country. We are unable to cover any additional charges applied during customs clearance, and these must be paid for at the customer’s obligation. For further information about duty or tax charges, please contact your local customs office directly.
Unfortunately, the cost for international shipping is non-refundable. This is applicable to shipments that are returned by the customer, courier, fail the customs clearance process or are rejected on delivery.
- 6. Public Holidays in the UK
Please note that Agan UK do not dispatch on UK public holidays. For orders placed after a holiday date please allow an extra 1-2 days for delivery.

- 7. Order Tracking
Once an order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can log in ‘My account’ to follow the journey of your order.
Please remember that once a parcel has been shipped from our warehouse, the tracking number will not be active until the letter carrier receives the parcel and updates the tracking status. Please allow one to two working days for your tracking number to be activated.
If your order does not reach you in the specified time or have any queries, please email us with your order number at customerservices@aganproducts.uk
- Returns
You can return your items within 30 days from the purchase date. You can get a refund as long as your returned items meet our terms and conditions and they must be in its original box and the pouch must be unopened.
For returns contact us at customerservices@aganproducts.uk with details of your order and order number. Please note, if you do not inform us of the return, we will be unable to process it. It can take up to 3-10 business days to receive your refund by the same payment method used for the purchase.
FOR UK: For individual products simply write "RETURN TO SENDER" across the address label on your box and take it to a post box. It can take up to 3-10 business days (depending on your bank) to receive your refund by the same payment method used for the purchase. If you decide to return the items using a paid service we will be unable to reimburse you.
INTERNATIONAL: We are currently unable to accept international returns. Please contact our team at customerservices@aganproducts.uk if you have any further questions.
