How to Use it

As a food supplement, take one capsule 1-2 times daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

INGREDIENTS

BLUENESSE®

An exclusive lemon balm extract developed to support cognitive performance. In vitro and human studies confirmed that (BLUENESSE®), supports cognitive performance, improving alertness, concentration, mental focus and working memory.

L-Theanine

An amino acid found in tea leaves, particularly green tea. It has been clinically shown to prevent over-stimulation and produce a state of relaxed alertness by producing calming alpha brain waves.

GABA

An inhibitory neurotransmitter, meaning it has a calming effect on the brain. But rather than acting as a sedative, GABA has been clinically shown to induce a state of relaxed alertness by increasing the production of lower-frequency alpha brain waves and decreasing the production of nerve-jangling beta waves.
